The Ghost of Gordon Jump

I was in an appliance store last night and was startled by the ghost of Gordon Jump. There ... among the rows of Maytag washers and dryers ... stood the phantom image of the deceased Maytag Repairman.

It scared the bejesus out of me.

But it was really just an old life-size cardboard cut-out of the dead actor. Still, it gave me the willies.

Baseball Sucks

I hate baseball. It sucks. It's boring to watch, it's boring to play, and the damn World Series on Fox bumps out such quality shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

Now football? That's another story. I'll watch any football game I can find.

For now, I'm a White Sox fan, since they swept the series and ended it before it went to the seventh game.

My Hands Smell Delicious

When I sniff my hands, I am met with the beautiful fragrance of vanilla bean. It smells like I've been eating Farr's vanilla ice cream with my hands. It smells like I mixed a vanilla cake with my hands.

I actually want to lick myself.

This is because women have a deeply held secret that I am now going to share. Yes, I've figured it out. The ladies know about lotion. They're experts. Guys, you'll have soft skin that smells yummy if you just ask that special lady in your life for help with that pesky dry skin on your hands.

The women know about the Bath and Body store in the mall. You know the one: it smells like girls and sells only lotion and bubble bath.

Please don't question my masculinity. I still like football and fast cars. But my hands are soft and smell like vanilla. Mmmmmm....

Nukey The Clown

Creepy, huh? You should see it in black light. Yeah, that's what I looked like at Nightmare on 13th a week ago when I did a live broadcast while working in the clown maze. Thanks to Nate, Megan, makeup wizard Kevin, and everyone at Nightmare on 13th for letting me participate in the best haunted house in Utah.

I was always one of those nerdy kids building haunted houses in the basement and rigging up ghosts and monsters on ropes and strings on Halloween. Once the scouts were in charge of making a haunted house in the cultural hall, and all of my contributions were censored and removed by the bishop. "Too violent and too disturbing," they said. How flattering.
