The new book that I'm writing with Zack Shutt is getting close to complete (at least the first rough draft.) My move and Zack's return to school have pushed us back a little bit, but we have nearly 400 pages of what I think will be a great book.

Also, stay up late and listen to our new overnight guy. His name is Andy, and he's now our official little brother. Good luck, Andy. Welcome to the dysfunctional X96 family.

Back To School

For many college and high school students, school starts today. I'll miss you during the middle of the day, so please tune in when you're truant. Otherwise, we'll keep in touch with this blog.

Kitty Tranquilizers...MMMMMM

The drama of the angry meowing cats continues...

Our vet gave us some cat tranquilizers to keep them quiet during the night so we could sleep. I took half a bottle and slept perfectly.

Actually, I slept fine from pure exhaustion. The lovely Mrs. Nuke 'Em did not. The pills had no effect on one of the kitties. Good thing the cat is adorable, or else I'd give him to my parents.

I can't post photos of the move yet because I don't have Internet access at the apartment yet. Comcast is laying cable, and it should be done within a couple of weeks. I can't wait.

My Cats Hate Me

We moved into a temporary apartment over the weekend as we await the completion of a new home that we can't afford but are buying anyway.

And our two cats are pissed!

The meow all night wanting to go back to the place they know and love. Good thing I love 'em, or they'd really drive me crazy. They're driving me crazy anyway.

I'm also dying to get Comcast service soon. I need my high speed internet!
