This Blog is Relocating

Yes, the time has come to make some changes to this wonderful blog. By that, I mean that starting Monday, you will be able to read my newest and best posts at the New X96.com. Don't try to go there until Monday, October 1st, since the new site won't be up until then.

Of course, if you're interested in reading any of the old posts from the last few years, they will continue to be available at my Blogspot Archive Page.

I hope this doesn't create confusion for anyone. The new setup is great though, so check it out starting Monday, October 1st!

Dead Mouse

I think this was a joint effort by my cats and my dog, but somehow last night we ended up with a mouse corpse on the livingroom carpet. My wife had to get up to take the dog outside in the middle of the night for him to do his business. On the return trip inside, he must have found the deceased rodent, scooped it up in his mouth, and then deposited it on the floor.

Our home is only a couple years old, and you somehow never picture a slobbery, disfigured mouse corpse on the carpet when you first move in.

I'm no crime scene investigator, but I believe the mouse was initially terminated by one of my many kitties. Because of the decomposition, I think the mouse's body was buried and chewed on multiple times by the beagle for the past several days before he brought it into the house. He has stashed a few items (bones, treats, food, horse crap) in the back yard for later use. I think the mouse was one of his favorites.

Oh the joys of owning a dog.

We've exchanged our three old phone numbers for one simple new number. From now on you can reach the DJ in the X96 studio by calling 1-877-602-9696. We are not outsourcing our request lines overseas, we are simply making it easier for everyone to call.

So ... give us a call any old time.

We've had the previous phone numbers for over 15 years, so please listen attentively as we screw up constantly when we try to give out our new number. We're such professionals.

Dew Tour!

I had a blast this weekend at the AST Dew Tour Toyota Challenge in Salt Lake. I couldn't believe the amount of athletes and events. It was sick! Below are a couple of photos. Remember that today I'm doing my show live at the University of Utah with ARUP Blood Services. Come and Bleed Red!
