Deep X Cut Weekend

We're trying to have this ready to go this weekend. It's a lot of work, but it should fly. A Deep X Cut Weekend! We plan to dig deep into new albums and old albums for tracks that aren't the "hit single." You'll hear deep cuts from the new Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and AFI albums, plus deep cuts from classic albums by Nirvana, U2, Pearl Jam, Depeche Mode, Rage Against The Machine and more. We'll dig deep two or three times per hour. That means you'll hear deeper cuts. You'll probably still hear "Dani California" a bit, but we'll dig deep into the new CD for more gems.

What do you think? Will it suck?

I think you'll hear a lot of great feedback from this idea. It only makes sense to let your audience get a taste of what artist albums have to offer. Most people have favorite tracks and a lot of time they aren't the hit single from the album..

excellent idea. most people i know don't listen to the radio because the good songs from the albums are never played and they're sick of the hits.
