Last night my tooth ached so bad that I had to bother my kind dentist at home. He's absolutely the nicest medical professional I've ever dealt with. Thanks Dr. Adrian Vande Merwe for the novocaine shot. I'll be seeing you this morning for another. At this point, I want the tooth removed. Anybody want it?
I've been awake since 2 when the novocaine wore off. The percoset did nothing. This is hell.

How can you get your hair to do that.... that's insane.
