Hot Cars @ Auto Show
First of all let me explain that I'm a big sissy when it comes to cars. I don't know anything about the mechanical functions under the hood. I'm not the type of guy who knows anything about how to change a transmission or rebuild an engine.
But I do know a hot car when I see one.
Last night I did a live remote broadcast from the Utah International Auto Show at the Southtown Expo Center. (It continues Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.) It is always fun to attend this event because they have all the new 2006 models, plus some seriously intense concept cars on display. With most of the new 2006 models, you can get inside them and look under the hood and check out all aspects of the car.
Here's me in a Dodge Ram Bighorn Edition. Yup. That sumbitch has got a Hemi.
I also brought our very own Andypants who works the graveyard shift (weeknights 12 am to 5 am) so he could see what it's like to do a live broadcast from an event. We had some listeners ask for his autograph on a Radio From Hell X96th Ward Cookbook.
Andypants signs his first autograph. He's growing up so fast. Soon he'll be a big-boy DJ.

Can you say "lets build a truck and make the guys with little mans sydrome buy it"? God how funny have you heard those commercials...You think youre big enough to drive this truck?
I love it next they'll make a car out of balsa wood and say "ladies are you light enough to drive this car?"
