NIN last night

The concert was amazing. My favorite part was the performance of "Right Where It Belongs." The video imagery that accompanied the song was quite compelling.

Please share your thoughts on the show.

I agree with you Todd, on the imagery. I took a friend to the show who had not listened to the new album and they were amazed by the song and it's presentation.

I was really impressed that he chose to play a lot of his newer songs.

I went to the May 3rd concert in Denver at the Filmore as well. The concert there was pretty sweet but this one blew that one away.

This was hands down the most visually spectacular concert that I have been to in my life. The movie was pretty sweet. The combined effect of individual displays, back display, and projector were amazing.

The overall effect of the lights, smoke, screen, and displays were intense.

This was the best concert I have ever been to, hands down.

Agreed. Best NIN performance I've ever seen. The "Right where it belongs" footage belongs on DVD so we can enjoy it over and over. Amazing.

I've seen Trent in concert on 3 different tours, and he did not disappoint last night -- you can always count on him to play everything -- there was something from every album. I missed some of the movie due to the seating (too far back stage right), but what I did see was very cool.

Remember that there should be a myspace.com blog with footage from last night's concert -- that might be a good place to check out the movie again.

One of my favorite parts of the night was the crowd response to "Hurt" -- listening to everyone sing along was amazing.

Trent was very complimentary to the crowd! That surprised me.

Watching Artie dance and go crazy was a highlight for me. That, and I met Darren Kopp.

Wish I could have sat with you and Artie! The guy I was with just stood there and looked confused...

Todd didn't know who I was. That makes me feel good, means I don't look like a 14 year old. Also, first time I've seen a band put out more smoke than the crowd.

my favorite part was watching artie, corey, todd, and boofy down on the front row seats accepting alchohol to compliment the enjoyment of Trent Reznor.

I thought about throwing something like a bouncy ball at todd to get his attention, but my better judgement took over.

I really liked Hurt, i thought it was an awesome performance. To echo what someone already said, the audience interaction singing along was powerful as well.

Rockin' concert. Most definitely.
